Our solutions

Energy

We provide engineering and project management for renewable energy projects, from feasibility to handover.

Every project that is properly planned, managed as a whole and has its risks addressed from the start creates value throughout its operating life.

In renewable energy investments, success depends as much on how the equipment is selected, and where and how it is installed, as on the quality of the equipment itself. An incomplete assessment of site conditions can lead to efficiency losses, schedule deviations and unforeseen costs. Coordination gaps between planning, permitting, grid connection and site works carry their impact throughout the plant's operating life.

That is why we work on the engineering and project management side of renewable energy projects without breaking the process into pieces. From site suitability assessment to project design, and from implementing engineering solutions on site to commissioning and handover, we run every stage within a single project discipline, keeping in view the effect of every decision on the plant's long-term performance.

Our areas of work

Renewable energy projects

From investment decision to handover

We bring the technical, regulatory and operational requirements of renewable energy investments into a single project plan, and manage the project from the first assessment through commissioning and handover.

Financial modeling

Investment cost · generation · return

We bring a project's investment cost, expected generation and income and expense items together in a single financial model, building a solid basis for the investment decision.

Site-appropriate equipment selection

Climate · ground · environment

We assess the site's climate, ground and environmental conditions and select the equipment used in the project accordingly.

Field and engineering solutions

From design to site

We bring the designed solution to life on site. By analyzing site conditions through geographic information systems, we coordinate engineering, procurement and construction steps.

End-to-end project follow-up

From feasibility to handover

We track feasibility, permitting, procurement, site works and commissioning on a single schedule, record every stage, and hand the project over with complete documentation.

Product in development

FuelTrace™

Traceability and regulatory infrastructure for renewable fuels

FuelTrace™ is a cloud-based platform we are developing to trace renewable fuels across their life cycle. It brings carbon intensity assessment and the management of different regulatory requirements into a single digital environment. It is being developed for organizations with reporting obligations under the RED III, RFNBO, CBAM and EU ETS frameworks.

FuelTrace™ is currently in development. The headings below describe the capabilities the platform is designed for. We update the product scope, pilot deployments and access model on this page as development progresses.

As clean energy markets grow, so does the amount of data every link in the chain has to manage.Yet many processes still run on separate files, manual calculations and disconnected reporting systems.FuelTrace™ brings this fragmented structure together in a single unified, role-based and interoperable system.

What does FuelTrace™ do?

Life-cycle carbon intensity assessment

Processes the data generated from a fuel's production to its use in an orderly way, and runs carbon intensity calculations within a shared structure.

Multi-regulation assessment

Assesses the same dataset against different regulatory frameworks. The data and reporting needs of these frameworks form the basis of the platform's design.

Verification-ready digital outputs

Turns calculations, source data and assessment steps into orderly, reviewable outputs.

System integration

Works alongside external registry systems, production environments and reporting tools.

Hardware-independent use

A software-first system; it adapts to different production environments without depending on special or proprietary hardware.
